Storm Shield Protection Plan

By enrolling in or using the Storm Shield Protection Plan (“Plan”), you (“Member,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

The Plan is a membership program that provides periodic property inspections, storm monitoring, emergency tarping, priority response services, claim assistance, and financial benefits as described in the program materials.

The Plan is not an insurance policy or warranty and does not replace homeowner’s insurance.

• Membership is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age.
   
• The property enrolled must be located within designated service areas.
   
• Membership is limited to one property per enrollment unless otherwise specified.
   

Subject to these Terms, membership may include:

• Annual inspection of roof and exterior.
   
• Priority storm response within a reasonable time frame following a reported storm.
   
• Temporary emergency tarping if shingles are blown off or leaks occur.
   
• Storm Shield Cash credit of $500 toward a qualifying roof replacement or property upgrade.
   
• Support with filing and handling insurance claims.
   
• Access to available discounts and referral rewards.
   

All benefits are subject to change, substitution, or discontinuation at any time, with or without notice.

• Emergency tarping provides only temporary protection and does not include full repair.
   
• Storm Shield Cash applies only if the property requires a full roof replacement caused by a qualifying storm and is limited to services performed under the Plan provider.
   
• The Plan does not guarantee insurance claim approval or payment.
   
• Discounts, credits, and rewards are non-transferable and may not be combined with other offers.
   

• Membership fees must be paid in full at the time of enrollment.
   
• Membership terms are annual unless a lifetime membership is purchased.
   
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
   
• Annual memberships automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
   

Members must:

• Maintain active homeowner’s insurance.
   
• Notify the Plan provider promptly of any address or contact information changes.
   
• Allow reasonable access to the property for inspections and emergency services.
   

Membership may be transferred to a new property owner upon written notice within 30 days of a property transfer.

The Plan provider may cancel membership in the event of:

• Fraudulent use of the Plan.
   
• Non-payment of membership fees.
   
• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
   

Members may cancel at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for partial terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Plan provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of participation in the Plan. Total liability is limited to the membership fees paid during the current term.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state or jurisdiction where the property is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.

The Plan provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes.
